San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range: $100,000-$200,000 annually
*The salary range is the one that Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP reasonably expects to pay for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area. The posted range is only one component of Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP’s Total Rewards package.
Role Responsibilities
JKZ is currently looking for a Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in Civil Litigation, preferably with probate and trust litigation experience. Opportunities for career growth and partner-track available.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience as a Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney or Civil Litigation Attorney in California
- Experience in court appearances and drafting of motions, discovery, etc.
- Experience with legal research using Westlaw and Nexis Lexus
- Solid command of English including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style
- Organized and detail oriented
