Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney

Role Responsibilities

JKZ is currently looking for a Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in Civil Litigation, preferably with probate and trust litigation experience. Opportunities for career growth and partner-track available.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney or Civil Litigation Attorney in California
  • Experience in court appearances and drafting of motions, discovery, etc.
  • Experience with legal research using Westlaw and Nexis Lexus
  • Solid command of English including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style
  • Organized and detail oriented
